Horn Scottish Quaich

Typically made of wood, metal, or both, this horn Quaich is made from horn in the style of the traditional Scotland's friendship cup.

Each one is made from an exquisitely polished single piece of horn, leading to each one having one-of-a-kind coloring.

Traditionally they are filled with brandy or a whiskey, like a good scotch, and offered to friends.

The double handles represent friendship and trust, and are always handed to a friend so they hold on to both handles and demonstrate they are unable to pull a weapon on you while accepting your drink.


Today they are still used as a symbolic cup of camaraderie and friendship in gatherings.

It's also had been adopted as a "lovers cup" that a bride and groom share a drink from during their wedding.


They're about 7.5" x 4" and 2" deep.
