Warranty

Most of our products are backed by a workmanship warranty protecting your order from defects in craftsmanship.


Registering your order for the warranty is easy! To do so all you have to do is sign up for our mailing list, and hold on to your order number or just remember the show you found us at.

If you are not signed up you can find a place to do so on our warranty page as well as a message field where you can send us any questions regarding you order.

Do I need to pay for anything when I claim my warranty?

On standard orders, if the warranty is claimed within 30 days from the purchase or delivery date, then you
do not need to pay for anything. However, if your purchase older than 30 days, you will have to pay for shipping and handling fees to exchange items for replacement. We do not offer refunds once the order is beyond 30 days.




Product Care & Information

Our horns are made from genuine bovine horns which are ethically sourced from livestock which live mainly in parts of Africa and Asia where they are raised without dehorning.

Horns tend to be rendered into fertilizer or discarded as a by-product which we find to be a shame as they hold a beauty strength that is often lacking in our modern world.

• No, please hand wash all items for cleaning to best extend the life of your product. These items are not microwaveable safe.

• We recommend not putting hot liquids inside of a drinking horn to preserve the integrity of the container. The drinking horns specifically constructed as coffee mugs may be used with hot liquids however.

• The walls of the horns are made of layers keratin and may chip or scratch similar to how human fingernail scratches and chips. To best preserve the exterior of the horn, avoid sharp objects and avoid extreme temperatures. Also avoid subjecting the drinking horn to large swings in temperature (i.e. pouring a cold beverage into the horn directly after taking it out of a hot car).

• These horns come ready to go, although some people like to do additional seasoning of their drinking horns by filling them up and letting them soak for an extended period of time with a particular flavor. Examples of different types of seasoning include dark beer, dry wine, milk or coffee. This is not needed, but may enhance the flavor profile of your beverage.

• Due to the natural qualities of horn, it is possible that leaks may occur from time to time for a variety of reasons. Generally, super glue or nail hardener can be used to repair the leak by applying one of these substances directly to the affected spot. Once the sealant has cured, excess sealant can be removed with fine grit sandpaper or acetone. Please reach out to: support@warmhearthcreations.com for additional questions.

• While we can’t guarantee we will be able to match a request exactly, we will do our best for each request.

• We happily give refunds and exchanges on unused and undamaged items.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship returns back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless specified differently through communication with support@warmhearthcreations.com.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If an item is damaged in transit: Please document the damage and contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can file a claim with shipping insurance to make things right.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized orders

- Perishable products

- Digital downloads

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
